Customer Service Pricing Admin – Smart Cabinetry
We are looking for a reliable candidate to fill our Pricing Specialist/Customer Service position. The ideal candidate will encompass all of the following:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to process pricing requests accurately and efficiently in high volumes.
- Ability to create/manage film demands
- Ability to track project pricing and be able to identify trends/differences between customers, regions, and product.
- Ability to create customer pricing sheets, pricing reports, and enter large amounts of data into multiple systems.
- Highly detail oriented with ability to demonstrate competence of details and to articulate those details.
- Maintain knowledge of changes to pricing and/or availability of products and communicate these changes with customers when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of thousands of product SKU’s.
- Enthusiasm to provide exceptional customer service.
- Team player that feels successful when the team succeeds.
- Ability to manage deadline-driven tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum high school diploma: college degree preferred
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in administration support.
- Kitchen Cabinet experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office applications; able to navigate other related software.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
