The Role
Responsibilities:
Contract Management: Oversee the management of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
SAP System Registration: Accurately register contracts and related information in SAP systems.
External Client Billing: Handle billing processes for external clients according to signed terms and conditions.
Issue Resolution Support: Provide support for resolving any issues that arise during contract execution.
Internal Project Date Management: Manage internal project dates included in contracts.
Internal Client Interaction: Serve as the point of contact for internal clients, including sales and delivery teams.
Collaboration: In this role, you will collaborate closely with our commercial customers and internal stakeholders at Kyndryl to orchestrate a variety of crucial activities.
Remote Team Collaboration: Work with a geographically dispersed team, primarily based in Madrid.
Backoffice Operations: Perform backoffice tasks to support the overall contract management process.
