Responsibilities
Planning, conducting and evaluating application-related test series in the laboratory
Characterizing the products obtained using various analytical methods
Documenting and presenting the results obtained
Developing application solutions for our customers
Assessing the suitability of new raw materials and products in customer formulations
Supporting our production and quality departments in the event of complaints and when approving new raw materials
Supervision of application-related training for internal and external customers
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory assistant, paint laboratory assistant or comparable technical training with subsequent further training as a technician or master
Several years of experience in the field of polymer chemistry, particularly in the formulation and application-related testing of casting resins as well as adhesives and sealants or comparable products
Experience with customer-related tasks/products, in particular innovative, creative solution finding, with practical implementation
Good knowledge of and compliance with ESHQ-regulations for assessing the hazard potential of substances and performing all work
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Very good written and spoken German and English
Responsible, reliable team player with a structured, independent way of working and good communication skills, also beyond the team
