We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Global Retail Product Training Manager to lead the development and execution of product training initiatives for our global retail frontline. This role will be responsible for creating engaging training programs that enhance product knowledge, drive sales performance, and ensure a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate has experience in project management, frontline retail training, and has a passion for fashion and product.
About the Job
- Develop and Manage Training Programs: Design, implement, and oversee product training initiatives for retail associates.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and store operations to align training content with product launches, promotions, and brand guidelines.
- Create Engaging Training Content: Develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos, in-store training guides, and live workshops.
- Project Management: Plan and track training initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor Training Effectiveness: Analyze feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve training programs.
- Support Store Teams: Provide guidance and resources to ensure frontline employees have the necessary product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Research best practices in retail training and implement innovative learning solutions.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management and training within a retail or fashion environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations and product merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Experience developing training content using e-learning tools (Articulate, Vyond)
- Video creation and editing
- Retail store experience required.
- Instructional Design experience is a plus.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $97,800 - $147,300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
