About the Opportunity
OKX, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive growth for our Buy/Sell team focused on retail users. In this senior individual contributor role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key initiatives that make it seamless for everyday users to buy and sell crypto. You’ll leverage your data expertise and fintech/crypto experience to define bold product strategies, set and measure OKRs, and deliver impactful features end to end. This role offers significant autonomy and ownership over high-leverage initiatives – providing the opportunity to make an outsized impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and lead the product strategy and roadmap for Buy/Sell features to accelerate retail user growth and engagement.
- End-to-End Product Leadership: Manage complex product initiatives from ideation and design through development, launch, and post-launch analysis, ensuring high-quality outcomes at every stage.
- Data-Driven Growth: Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and prioritize enhancements. Define clear OKRs and success metrics, then rigorously measure and analyze product performance to inform continuous improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and data teams to execute initiatives and deliver a seamless user experience. Coordinate go-to-market plans and ensure new features are adopted successfully by users.
- User-Centric Innovation: Champion the needs of retail customers by integrating user research and market insights. Continuously refine the buy/sell experience to simplify crypto investing for new users and improve the experience for existing users.
- Market Insight & Optimization: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings in fintech/crypto. Proactively identify new product opportunities and propose innovative features or improvements that drive significant growth and differentiate OKX’s offering.
What We Look For In You:
- Experience: 8+ years of product management (or related) experience in high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto companies. Proven track record of delivering successful consumer-facing products at scale.
- Data Orientation: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset – comfortable digging into metrics and analyses. Background in data science, quantitative analysis, or analytics-heavy product roles is a plus.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services products. Passion for the crypto/blockchain industry and a deep understanding of retail user needs and market trends.
- End-to-End Execution: Demonstrated ability to lead complex product initiatives from strategy through launch and iteration. Hands-on skills in defining requirements, working with UX/UI, and guiding engineering execution to ship high-impact features.
- OKR & Results Focus: Skilled in setting ambitious OKRs/KPIs and driving teams to meet them. Results-oriented, with a knack for measuring impact and iterating based on insights and data.
- Collaborative Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to influence and align cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) without formal authority, fostering collaboration to achieve goals.
- Autonomy & Drive: Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action. Thrives in fast-paced environments – capable of independently driving projects forward, solving problems on the fly, and “rolling up your sleeves” to get things done.

OKX Statement:
The salary range for this position is $198,765.00 to $328,708.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
