As Dynamics 365 Cross-Functional Business Analyst, you are responsible for for supporting Brunswick Corporation ERP-Program Dynamics 365 on a Global Level - cross divisional. You are accountable for delivering high quality business requirements, comprehensive systems design, and configurations to the organization.
This role is based in Belgium with regular travel requirements.
Accountabilities:
Business Requirements
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to ensure functional requirements and test cases address business requirements on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation.
- Follow a standard & structured process for the gathering and prioritizing of business requirements
- Develop and maintain information and documentation related to business processes and systems
- Engage in data modeling and data analysis to help support business solutions and directions
Business Systems Design and Configuration
- Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability
- Create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems
- Draw up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems
- Ensure applications are designed to support business objectives and will provide a superior user experience
Business Systems Training
- Participate in the testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Assist in the Development and execution of test scripts and test scenarios to properly test new and existing systems / processes
- Supports creating business and application use cases
User training
- Supports the Development of user training manuals and other aids
- Assists in training users on new systems and processes
- Effectively transition knowledge to other members of the team to help grow the organization as a whole

Skills & Knowledge
- BA in business or equivalent experience
- Up to 5 years of experience as a business systems analyst in IT
- Up to 5 years in MS Dynamics 365 F&O Customer Facing Logistics and Finance related Areas
- Experience of full-life cycle ERP implementation(s)
- MS Dynamics 365 experience, preferred Experience working in core Finance & Operations business processes such as Contact to Contract and Order to Cash, Procure to Pay including the Financial and Warehouse processes related to these End to End Streams,
- Advanced knowledge of Sales, Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Forecasting, Planning, and Master Data Management, as well as Finance in D365 F&O
- Knowledge of Production and E-Commerce would be beneficial
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O preferred
- Proficiency in DevOps usage
- Basic code reading ability in Dynamics 365 F&O X++ to facilitate better understanding of the modules and usage of the system

Our offer
This exciting position is a Global Grade 12 and offers a salary of between €64,500 and €81,000 (payable in 13.92 instalments). Please be aware that this range represents the pay range for all positions within the job grade in which the post falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, and location (country). We also offer the following benefits:
- A Bonus Plan with a target of 8% of the annual salary;
