In this position, the incumbent will oversee the efficient processing, tracking and reconciling of all logistical records associated with the site's shipping warehouse. Specific duties will include:

• processing order transactions through an electronic warehousing management system (WMS) and reconciling against records created in SAP.
• tracking and verifying bills of lading for both internal transfers of products and external shipments.
• monitoring the inventory of hundreds of SKUs for upcoming orders; and
• tracking and ensuring accurate shipping schedules are prepared and implemented.

Qualifications include: a high school diploma, 10-key ability, strong computer skills, three or more years of clerical experience, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with applicable shipping and/or logistical recordkeeping experience, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office. It is also desirable for the candidate to possess an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
