Hybrid Associate Product Manager at N26

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager for our Investments team to lead our account lifecycle team. Our Investments team is dedicated to empowering retail investors by building accessible, transparent, and innovative investment products. We believe that investing should be intuitive, fair, and aligned with long-term financial success. 

In this team, you’ll drive the adoption of Investments, looking at how we onboard customers and increase conversion through experimentation and improvements, as well as helping out with solving operational complexities that affect the customer’s account management, from sign up to closure. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, business, data, compliance, and external stakeholders to build investment products that meet the needs of our customer base.

In this role you will:

• Support the definition and execution of the product strategy and roadmap for investment products, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Assist in the end-to-end development of new features and improvements, from ideation to launch and iteration.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance, marketing) to deliver high-quality investment solutions.

• Use data and user insights to help prioritize work, inform decisions, and continuously improve the product experience.

• Contribute to growth, engagement, and retention initiatives for investment products.

• Champion a customer-first mindset and a data-informed approach to product development.

What you need to be successful:

Background: 

• 1–3 years of experience in a product-related role (e.g. product analyst, operations, associate product manager, or similar), ideally within a fintech, investment, or technology company.

• Familiarity with investment products or financial services is a plus, but not required.

• A strong interest in investing, fintech, and making financial products more accessible.

Skills: 

• Curious & Eager to Learn: Comfortable with complexity and keen to build deep product and market knowledge.

• Execution-Oriented: Able to manage day-to-day product tasks, coordinate stakeholders, and help keep projects moving forward.

• Analytical: Basic familiarity with data tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Looker) and a desire to develop a more data-driven mindset.

• Collaborative: A team player who communicates clearly and works well with cross-functional partners.

• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

• User-Focused: Passionate about solving real problems for customers and improving their financial outcomes.

Bonus points if you have:

• Exposure to or interest in embedded finance, crypto, or alternative investments.

• Familiarity with APIs, investment platforms, or regulatory considerations in financial services.

• Experience with customer research or usability testing.
