Role Overview
As our first Sales Enablement Manager in North America, you will be supporting a team of 60 Sales professionals in our Toronto office. Working closely with the global Sales Enablement team in Stockholm, you’ll serve as the local point of contact for all enablement needs, from onboarding Sales new hires to rolling out global initiatives and creating region-specific content and processes. Locally you will be a part of the Sales Management team, leading an individual working with Sales Operations, and working closely with both to support the local Sales Organization. Key Responsibilities:
Local Execution of Global Sales Enablement Initiatives
- Serve as the key liaison for the Stockholm-based Sales Enablement team, ensuring that global initiatives and methodology rollouts are effectively adapted for the North American market
- Align your local projects with wider company goals and enablement strategies
Owning of Sales Onboarding in North America
- Working with Sales Managers to consistently review the Onboarding Path for each role and make necessary changes or additions to match the team's needs
- Build and update the necessary courses, certifications, and learning paths in our LMS
- Run the Sales Onboarding Calendar for each cohort of New Hires and coordinate or facilitate to necessary live trainings
- Track New Hire Success against their ramp metrics and adjust program accordingly
Ongoing Sales Development & Skill-Building
- Monitor performance gaps and proactively design training and development initiatives
- Facilitate workshops or trainings on sales skills, product knowledge, sales methodology, and best practices
- Own the Sales L&D budget and strategically allocate resources to maximize impact, whether through external trainers, online sessions, or other learning initiatives, ensuring optimal skill development and ROI
- Collect feedback and data from the Toronto Sales team to continuously refine local enablement program
Content Development & Management
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to curate and create relevant sales content for the North American market
- Keep enablement materials (e.g., Notion, LMS modules) up to date, ensuring they reflect the latest product offerings, value propositions, and market insights
- Work with Sales Managers and Marketing to build and maintain cadences that are segmented, value-driven, and impactful
- Distribute content to the Sales Org in diverse and engaging ways (LMS, Slack, live training, bi-weekly updates)
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Sales Enablement and Sales Experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- High business and sales acumen
- Proven success in driving Sales Enablement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Value Based Selling and frameworks like MEDDPICC
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives
