As a QHSE Trainee, you will:
Rotate through different QHSE teams to gain a broad understanding of the field.
Assist in project safety, risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
Support the development of QHSE campaigns, training, and management systems.
Work on safety initiatives at HQ and various project sites.
Gain international exposure and professional development opportunities.
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or QHSE-related fields.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
Willing to travel in a rotational schedule.
