We're seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Senior Manager to build and scale our marketing operations infrastructure. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for optimizing our marketing technology stack, improving campaign performance, and ensuring data-driven decision making across all marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have the aptitude to work independently while working cross functionally with sales, marketing, and other internal teams in this high visibility role.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics and other MarTech tools, to support rapid GTM growth and enable seamless lead management
- Own marketing operations roadmap: drive the vision and strategy for marketing operations, while executing on deliverables with alignment on timelines and outcomes with the Marketing team
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient marketing processes and workflows
- Establish robust analytics frameworks and marketing KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI
- Collaborate with sales operations to align lead management processes and ensure smooth handoffs
- Create and maintain documentation for marketing operations processes and systems
- Lead marketing automation efforts, including email campaigns, lead scoring, and nurturing programs in partnership with the Marketing and Partner teams
- Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve marketing performance
- Manage campaign tracking and attribution to provide visibility into marketing impact
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of marketing operations experience, preferably in cybersecurity or related technical SaaS environment
- Have proven experience building marketing operations functions from the ground up in high-growth environments. Startup experience preferred.
- Experience building attribution models and reporting frameworks
- Highly proficient at communication especially in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience with analytics tools and data visualization (e.g., Google Analytics, Sigma)
- Knowledge of security compliance considerations in marketing operations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Understanding of the cybersecurity industry, common challenges, and buying cycles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Skills
- Experience marketing to security professionals, CISOs, and IT decision-makers
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and industry trends
- Certifications in relevant marketing platforms and/or security frameworks
- Experience with customer journey mapping and optimization for complex security solution sales
- Technical aptitude with basic HTML/CSS knowledge and API integrations
Pay Transparancy
Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for equity awards and may be eligible for incentive compensation based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
