The Sales Analyst is responsible for business analysis, identifying trends and for developing insights to inform strategic decisions. With the help of qualitative/quantitative external and internal input, (s)he will help the organization to optimize reporting and business output. S/He will be responsible to support project planning improvement processes.

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance and distribution of the daily, weekly, monthly sales performances reports
  •  Collaborate with the regional sales areas and EMEA leadership to define the right analytical practices for internal and/or customer centric needs.
  •  Work in partnership with internal partners and the BI-Data teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity within sales databases and systems, design, build and deploy automated sales analytics dashboards
  •  Assist in preparing annual sales budget files for the regional sales team and perform the consolidation for EMEA executive review; Assist in preparation long term demand strategic planning.
  •  Develop, track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the sales effectiveness during the forecasting process cycle.
  •  Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance for the different business review (sales regions, EMEA, Global).
  •  Support the consolidation of the sales areas feedbacks on market trend and competitive landscape for executive review.
  •  Analytic skills to collect, analyze, summarize and interpret large data sets with recommendation to support strategic decision.
  •  Collaborate with sales internal team and cross functional business partners to analyze current processes and make recommendations to optimize sales process efficiency (forecasting, pricing/programs, OTC, CRM,…) and data quality.
  •  Support the Sales Intelligence Director to develop project plans, set priorities, support documentation, tracks status and provides updated on individual projects with ability to pull necessary resources together to achieve goals.
  •  Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare special reports as required by management

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics or a related field
  • Must have a minimum of 3 year’s professional experience in sales planning effectiveness, large datasets manipulation, review, interpretation and recommendation with report build
  • Excellent in English, both oral and written communications.
  • Any other European language is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Advanced/Excellent skills in data analysis tools/languages MS Excel, T-SQL, Power BI, ...
  • Strong analytic skill with specific eye for accuracy quality and consistency.
  • Project Management – Responsible to lead and keeping track of new and ongoing tasks and actively report on the status on a frequent base (weekly meetings).
  • Good communicator – ability to communicate very clearly, build rapports and get things done

Our offer:

This exciting position is a Global Grade 10 and offers a salary of between €50,000 and €60,000 (payable in 13.92 instalments). Please be aware that this range represents the pay range for all positions within the job grade in which the post falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, and location (country). We also offer the following benefits:
