How will this role have an impact?
As Sr Provider Recruiter, Network Management, you will also locate, solicit, and recruit qualified Physicians, NPs, PAs and clinicians nationwide. This position is responsible for developing relationships with clinicians by utilizing tools such as cold calling, database sources, internet searches, lead generation and referrals. The Sr Provider Recruiter builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified clinicians available for work in designated areas of need.
This role will report to our Senior Manager of Recruitment.
What will you do?
The Sr Provider Recruiter I will be responsible for recruiting physicians, NPs, PAs and licensed clinicians in multiple locations
The recruiter plays a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities and regularly interacts with both active and passive candidates
Partner with key stakeholders such as organization leadership, human resources, marketing, operations, compliance, and others to streamline implementation and process improvement
Source healthcare clinicians, contact information and convert leads into working physicians, NPs, PAs and other licensed clinicians as required.
Make outbound phone calls to clinicians and develop prospective business by building relationships, persuading and influencing them to consider Signify Health
Build relationships with local training programs to establish hiring pipelines
Leverage resume databases, job boards and publications to engage active job seekers
Work with the compensation team to ensure competitive salaries and negotiate letters of intent and employment agreements
Attend nationwide specialty-specific conferences to gather clinicians leads
Screen, qualify and determine viability of clinicians
Organize itineraries and attend interviews as needed
Partner with internal colleagues and hiring managers on full cycle candidate recruitment experience
Build an active pipeline, and continually identify and develop new healthcare clinician prospects
Sell and negotiate throughout the recruitment process and act as a subject matter expert while taking a consultative approach with clinicians
Achieve quarterly targets as determined by the approved business plan and document activity in designated ATS/CRM
We are looking for someone with:
5+ years of experience in a healthcare recruiting environment, clinician recruitment experience preferred
Intrinsically motivated and able to persevere through tough markets and changing landscapes
Professional written and oral communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence prospects

The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,500.00 - $158,304.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
