What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy tailored to the team’s goals, leveraging various channels including digital marketing, events, and targeted campaigns.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote our brand and generate leads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Marketing Collaboration: To create compelling content, collateral, and campaigns that resonate with institutional clients and enhance lead engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and lead generation efforts. Regularly report on performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align enablement strategies with overall business objectives and institutional client needs.
What We Look For In You
- Experience in sales enablement, lead generation, or related roles, with a focus on institutional clients.
- Proven track record of developing successful lead generation strategies and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the crypto / blockchain industry and the ability to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
