The role
Galileo’s white-label Digital Application Platform provides a reusable, customizable, and continuously evolving toolkit of journeys that empower our clients - Fintechs, Brands, and Financial Institutions, to offer financial products and services to their customers. As a Digital Product Manager, you will own, define, execute, and deliver a product roadmap for the white-label Digital Application Platform. You will help shape our investments to meet the needs of varying personas across our client segments while driving innovation and modernization of our current framework.
To be successful, you’ll need to bridge technical and business worlds, engaging with matrixed teams including design, engineering, sales, operations, finance, legal, risk, compliance, and other product managers. You'll define and prioritize features, and drive internal stakeholder and external client and partner engagements necessary for the on-time launch and adoption of each product on the platform.
The ideal candidate will be a digital-first professional with a passion for financial services and a proven track record of blending business insight and technical knowledge to deliver a best in class customer centric digital experience for our clients.
What you’ll do:
- Build a product vision and strategy to drive growth of Galileo’s white-label Digital Application Platform and is informed by quantitative industry insights, customer needs, and opportunities for excellence.
- Deliver seamless digital user experiences across all touchpoints of your customer journey.
- Be the voice of the customer, understand their pain points and work with various stakeholders to provide a delightful solution.
- Prioritize and drive product backlogs with your dedicated and dependent engineering teams
- Understand complex business and operational requirements and break them down into epics and user stories for engineering teams
- Continuously monitor for avenues of improvement, respond to production concerns, and provide innovative solutions that conform to high security standards while maintaining a delightful user experience.
- Lead in a fast-paced, agile, multi-country, dynamic environment
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline with 8+ years in digital product management
- Demonstrated experience with UI/UX design principles and a user-centric approach to financial services product development
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with strong bilingual competency in English and Spanish
- Strong point of view on how user-centered design should show up in UI elements throughout mobile and web journeys
- Deep understanding of web, mobile app, and SaaS product development principles
- Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and SDKs into web & mobile apps
- Strong data analysis skills along with experimentation methodologies to test, iterate, learn and innovate
- Exposure to white-label business models and experience with building scalable and configurable solutions with be a plus
