Sponsored by ExponentWe are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a leading global crypto custodian and we are looking for a Sales Executive/ Manager to join their team and you will be reporting to the Head of Sales in Asia.
In this role, you will:
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients in the Web3, DeFi, and crypto ecosystem.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire high-value clients, including institutional investors, exchanges, and tech firms targeting Web3 users.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers from blockchain projects, crypto exchanges, fintech companies, and other Web3-focused businesses.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure sales strategies align with product offerings and customer requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive)
- Experience in the Web3 space is essential; familiarity with SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Web3 payment/ wallet business, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems.
- Proficiency in English, and conversational Mandarin is required.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving industry with minimal supervision.
