What We Are Seeking 

 

We are looking for a professional with experience in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The main responsibility will be to ensure the proper functioning of the system by implementing improvements, configurations, and customizations according to the company's needs. Additionally, the candidate will provide user support to optimize the use of the tool in daily activities. 

 

Key Tasks & Accountabilities 

  • Administer and maintain the Dynamics CRM platform. 

  • Configure and customize the CRM according to business requirements. 

  • Provide support to end users and resolve incidents. 

  • Generate reports and basic analyses using integrated tools. 

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve CRM management. 

  • Implement automated processes within CRM to optimize operations. 

  • Document changes, configurations, and best practices within CRM. 

  • Escalate complex issues to higher levels or the solution provider. 

 

Skills 

  • Efficient support for end users. 

  • Knowledge of Dynamics CRM configurations and customization. 

  • Quick issue resolution. 

  • Ability to generate basic reports. 

  • Organization and documentation of processes. 

  • English: basic level. 

 

Knowledge 

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Mandatory 

  • Experience with Power Portal - Mandatory 

  • Experience with Power Automate 

  • Basic knowledge of Power BI. 

  • Basic development knowledge in JavaScript and C#. 

 

Academicand professional qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, technology or engineering.

 

Experience  

  • 3+ years working with CRM DYNAMICS 

 

Languages  

  • English intermediate level (NICE TO HAVE)
