This role will be hybrid onsite our London (SW19) office 2-3x per week. We have 5mins walk from Wimbledon train station!
This leader will focus on maintaining and growing the veterinary software customer base primarily through relationships with Corporate Accounts across key European IDEXX software markets.
As our Veterinary Software Corporate & Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Account Management Team (3 direct reports, UK and Europe based) to develop, evolve and strengthen strategic partnerships through strong account management activities to help grow and sustain both the customer’s and IDEXX’s economic goals. Through frequent customer interactions, you will act as a thought partner and decision influencer to Corporate and Strategic Accounts. Main functions include account management, proposal and negotiations, contract management, project definition, delivery, and customer rollouts of new IDEXX products and services.
This role will be supporting our two primary software's in EMEA, Animana and ezyVet.

A bit more about the role, you will:
Serve as primary managing contact for assigned Corporate and Strategic (large independent) accounts.
Lead the Account Management Team to develop, support, strengthen and grow existing customers, with focus on Corporate and strategic accounts.
Responsible for proposal, negotiations, and contract management,
Manage and conduct periodic business reviews with Corporate accounts. Manage customer expectations and monitor performance against customer goals.
Manage Corporate customer relationships by serving as customer product/process interface, providing information and solutions to questions and problems. Address customer specific requests and specifications and ensure delivery of customer expectations. Immediately address customer escalation issues for corporate account critical care issues.
Partner cross-functionally across IDEXX Organization to facilitate and coordinate business, sales, and technical assistance in support of the Corporate Account business plans and programs. Schedule and facilitate visits and presentations as needed.
Communicate and manage effective implementation of all price increases, contract renewals and incentive rebate payments of Corporate Accounts.
Act as project / implementation lead for Corporate Accounts. Manage tasks and timelines across all functions, ensuring activities are completed to meet time, cost, quality and customer expectations.
Responsible for handling sales requests and incoming business from independent accounts
Support the Product Management Team in negotiating 3rd party partnership contracts as needed.
