How You Will Contribute:
As an IT Analyst, you will collaborate with global IT and business users to support and optimize enterprise applications. This role provides an exciting opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow in a dynamic Hi-Tech environment while working with cutting-edge technologies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with business users to understand requirements and configure solutions in enterprise applications.
- Assisting in the design, development, testing, and deployment of application resources, including Workflows, Dashboards, Reports, Automation Scripts, and Integration Tools.
- Supporting the IT Applications Team by applying best practices in application configuration and optimization.
- Helping end users interpret system outputs and troubleshoot issues.
- Assisting in planning and supporting new functionality releases and periodic system updates.
What You Bring:
- Basic understanding of enterprise applications, databases, and software development principles.
- Strong foundation in SQL and Java scripting.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and application modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or a related field.
