We are looking for a motivated German Speaking Customer Representative for our client, to join the team in Greece while enjoying the unique lifestyle Greece offers.

Your Role:

  • Provide customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively and professionally.
  • Learn and utilize our internal systems to deliver first-class service.
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • No prior experience required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential to provide clear communication to clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • Willingness to live and work remotely from Greece.
