Job Description

DO:

  • Performance Reporting to be done on a daily/monthly/quarterly basis
  • Calculation of Time weighted, Money weighted and true weighted returns.
  • Loading of data into the system and reconcile it end to end, to have accurate performance reports.
  • Create customized performance reports according to the client’s requirements.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to put together the data and reports
  • Logic building and testing for generating data for Sylvan (System) from different Accounting platforms.
  • Creating Proof of Concepts for the prospective clients and implementing the new clients onboard.
  • Sanctity and Operational checks need to be performed on the raw data as well as all the performance reports.
  • Handling and managing client expectations

Display:

  • MBA  with 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Client oriented
  • Programming Skills- basic knowledge of SQL MS Excel-Visual basic, build macros or any IT Bachelor’s degree will be an advantage
  • Team Player
  • Strong Analytical skills, Problem solving skills, logical reasoning
  • Excellent communication/coordination skills

Deliver

  • Integration of accounting platforms with Sylvan.
  • Attain expertise in Sylvan/Sightline- performance reporting.
  • Timely delivering the performance reports according to the deadlines
  • Maintain good client relationship
  • Improve and think possibilities of automation
  • Zero errors on deliverables, Zero breach of confidentiality
