Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and moderate user-generated content in Polish to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Accurately classify content based on established moderation policies and standards.
  • Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the relevant teams.
  • Provide insights into content trends and user engagement to help refine moderation strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance content moderation practices.
  • Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
