Key Responsibilities

• Document technical resolutions accurately within our CRM and ticketing systems.

• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft software developments, cloud solutions, and IT service standards.
• Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met with precision and technical accuracy.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Proven interest or experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for technology and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Availability for on-site employment in Athens, Greece, to support our growing portfolio of Swedish-speaking jobs.
