Position : VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Work Hours : Monday to Friday

Timezone : EST

Holidays : Local holidays and flexibility for religious holidays, etc.

Pay Range : USD 1,000 - 1,300/per month

Interview Process : multiple client interview and a written assessment

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling, and client communications.
  • Provide support in managing client relationships, particularly with C-suite executives.
  • Ensure high-quality work by maintaining attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Assist in customer service matters, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support the founder in daily operations to free up time for strategic initiatives and sales efforts.
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the company grows, potentially taking on more strategic roles.

Minimum Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships, especially with C-suite executives.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and software tools (specific tools will be discussed during onboarding).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
