Software Engineer – Developer Productivity

Location:Minnetonka, MN (Remote)

As part of our Agile development team, you’ll help shape the future of developer productivity across our global organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build internal tools that enhance developer efficiency and experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, secure solutions.
  • Support junior engineers through mentorship and code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance.
  • Optimize software for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for consistent, scalable environments.
  • Create and maintain developer documentation and onboarding materials.
  • Gather and analyze developer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion best practices and contribute to a culture of innovation.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud-centric software engineering.
  • Proficiency in Java, Angular, and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with developer productivity tools and cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of containerization and security best practices.
  • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance development workflows.
