Job Summary

Capture the Brand. Create the Story. Join Grande’s Enterprise Brand Team as our Senior Enterprise Multimedia Creative!

Are you passionate about storytelling through video and photography? We’re seeking a skilled Senior Enterprise Multimedia Creative to lead the creation of high-quality digital media that reflects the Grande brand across the Enterprise. This role is pivotal in producing engaging content that supports internal Culture-building initiatives and external B2B marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a proven background in crafting Associate-centric stories and supporting strategic communications through compelling, brand-aligned media. Experience working with food-related content is a plus, as it plays a key role in showcasing the heart of our business.

What you need to be considered for the role:

• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Film, Digital Media, Cinematography or Production required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business-to-business, customer-facing videography, photography, and comprehensive editing.
• 14 CFR part 107 FAA drone pilot license required (or willingness to obtain).
• Proficient with Ronin, Mavic, and/or Sony equipment.
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Lightroom, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of lighting, cinematography, and audio recording techniques.
• Experience in preparing interview subjects, helping them feel comfortable in front of the camera and offering direction during filming.
• Excellent communication, project management, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work outside of the traditional business hours as needed to capture content.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 15% of the time.

Preferred:

• Experience styling and shooting content with food preferred.
• Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics preferred.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, and animation principles preferred.
