About OptimERA:
OptimERA is a fast-paced, multifaceted contractor operating in one of the most challenging environments in the United States — the Aleutian Islands of Alaska. Our environment demands versatility. One day we’re maintaining critical systems; the next, we’re constructing new infrastructure or supporting emergency repairs in the harshest conditions imaginable. We don’t turn away from challenges — we solve them.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned electrical professional with project management experience, ready to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the crew when needed, whether that means managing schedules, wiring a panel, or booking flights to a remote site.
Job Summary:

This position requires a mix of management, technical, and field engagement skills to coordinate personnel, logistics, and customer relationships across multiple job sites.
The ESM will also serve as a mentor and resource for field crews, promoting safety, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship while representing OptimERA’s commitment to reliability and integrity.

If you thrive in environments where flexibility, problem-solving, and teamwork matter more than titles, this is the place for you.
