Responsibilities

This is the second of a four level job series within the Community Health System's (CHS) Information Systems, Clinical Systems Group. This position provides support for clinical systems, including: analyzing and documenting clinical processes, developing and documenting technical processes, translating user requirements for development teams, participating in system planning, and in vendor product identification/due diligence/selection.

Works assigned tasks and projects related to clinical systems. Demonstrates core understanding clinical and application knowledge consistent with business needs. Demonstrates the ability to manage less complex 'projects and works alongside stakeholders with system enhancement opportunities. Incumbent's work effort requires some level of quality control and produces a good level of work product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare or Technology related field required
• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate and four (4) years' experience in a Healthcare related field may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree

• 2 years experience implementing and supporting clinical systems required
• Experience in a healthcare related field preferred
