** This position is Hybrid. Must live in the Atlanta, GA and surrounding area**

The Position:

The IT Service Desk Technician is the first line of technical support across the organization, responsible for handling incidents and service requests with a focus on ensuring secure, highly available IT services. This role plays a critical part in maintaining end-user satisfaction, supporting infrastructure initiatives, and building secure, resilient systems. Responsibilities include:


  • Provide responsive support to end users via ticketing system, phone, and email, meeting or exceeding SLA targets.
  • Support and troubleshoot issues related to user accounts, hardware, and enterprise applications (e.g., Active Directory, Okta, Office 365).
  • Provision and manage devices, ensuring all assets are secure, patched, and compliant with company standards.
  • Be willing to take a lead role in local site management tasks, including network connectivity and equipment readiness.
  • Assist with infrastructure rollouts and initiatives, including site upgrades and technology refreshes.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to problem management processes and root cause analysis.
  • Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, secure practices, and resilient service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity and compliance protocols in all IT operations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a professional, positive attitude and high problem-solving aptitude.

Schedule: 

  • Must be able to work Full time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, 40 hours per week
  • Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days from home
  • Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Post graduate technical training preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows and iOS environments, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
  • Passion for technology, customer service, and ongoing learning.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on secure, resilient operations.
