Your Key Responsibilities
- Operate and Monitor Machinery: Efficiently run equipment for cooking, cooling, and mixing processes, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare Product Mixes: Accurately measure and combine ingredients according to specified recipes, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene: Keep work areas and equipment clean, following "clean as you go" practices to ensure food safety and compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Complete Documentation: Accurately fill out production records, quality checks, and other necessary paperwork to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work effectively within a team, accepting supervision and assistance as needed to meet production targets.
