We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Intake & Referrals Department. In this vital role, you’ll help ensure a smooth and supportive experience for our clients as they begin their journey through our levels of care. Your administrative expertise will help remove barriers to treatment and support our mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- Experience in a customer service call center or high-volume office setting
- Experience in a mental health setting is a plus
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role (with or without accommodation)
Your Role
- Provide information on community resources and external referrals
- Engage clients from the first point of contact, entering information accurately into our system
- Collaborate across departments to ensure clients receive timely and appropriate services
- Work closely with the Intake & Referrals team to schedule appointments and coordinate care efficiently
