Artist & Content Specialist- Dualtone (Nashville) bei MNRK Music

Dualtone Music Group is seeking an Artist & Content Specialist with a passion for storytelling, social media, and marketing operations. This role is instrumental in crafting compelling digital content, managing social strategy, and supporting artist campaigns—while also helping to oversee key operational functions across e-commerce, reporting, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and deeply in tune with culture, music, and digital trends.

What You Will Be Doing:  

• Leading day-to-day social media execution for Magnolia Record Club, Dualtone, and supporting artist campaigns.
• Developing and publishing engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, etc.) that reflects brand voice and artist vision.
• Refreshing and managing content calendars, custom audiences, and digital touchpoints regularly.
• Coordinating influencer outreach, short-form video ideas, and fan engagement initiatives.
• Collaborating with internal and artist teams to gather and deploy marketing assets including lifestyle photos, video clips, and creative deliverables (e.g., Canvas, social ads, product imagery).
• Assisting in producing content during artist visits, events, and special campaigns.
• Maintaining up-to-date websites and artist pages with fresh visuals, links, and copy.
• Writing compelling email and SMS blasts that support product launches, track and album releases.
• Serving as a liaison between Dualtone/Magnolia and artist teams, ensuring smooth communication around social media access, ad permissions, and marketing asks.
• Supporting the rollout of album releases, pre-orders, and Magnolia ROTM (Record of the Month) campaigns.
• Managing artist e-commerce launches in coordination with digital marketing and product teams.
• Assisting with internal operations including managing interns, coordinating artist office visits, invoicing, and facilitating special events and mailouts.

• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task while simultaneously maintaining attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of work.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with various teams simultaneously.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to work cooperatively with internal staff and outside stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of music culture, artist branding, and platform-specific trends.
