Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Nursing
Cincinnati Children’s is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-on-one care for pediatric patients in their homes.
Starting Pay: $23.00/hour (minimum)
Schedule Options: Full-time or part-time | Day and night shifts available

What You’ll Do
- Deliver direct care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults in a home care setting
- Travel with patient to school and/or medical appointments as needed
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Contribute to patient assessments and care planning
- Monitor and report patient responses to interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care
- Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards
- Provide culturally sensitive care that respects each family’s background and needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a practical nursing (LPN) certificate or vocational nurse (LVN) program
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Novice to competent in subject matter and skills
- Home care experience preferred
