Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager, this position provides administrative coordination and support to the department for assigned facilities. This position works to ensure that service is delivered in a timely basis and that patient flow is not negatively impacted.

Education
- A University degree in Commerce, Arts and Science, professional certification in a facility management association (IFMA or BOMA) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
- Three years of leadership experience in a unionized health care environment.
- Building management experience in healthcare is a significant asset.
- Experience in allocating resources and analyzing variances.
Licenses
- Valid class 5 driver's license
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of legislation and applicable laws
- Knowledge of the healthcare system in Saskatchewan
- Has demonstrated ability to coach and develop others
