Job Title: Assessment Associate

Job Summary:
The Assessment Associate plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with client policies and regulatory requirements related to liquor sales and payment processing. This role is responsible for conducting on-site and camera-based assessments of customer’s workforce, vendors and non-for-profit groups to ensure they are complying with the customers policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Monitoring:
- Conduct routine, unannounced, and undercover site visits to monitor operations.
- Use camera equipment to remotely observe and evaluate employee adherence to compliance standards.
- Ensure employees are checking valid government-issued IDs for all liquor purchases, in compliance with state & federal laws and customer policies and procedures.
- Verify that employees are following credit card-only payment policies for food and beverage transactions.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Accurately document findings from both on-site and camera-based assessments using provided checklists and reporting tools.
- Submit detailed reports to management highlighting any areas of concern or non-compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling camera footage or sensitive compliance information.
- Maintain security over and accurate records of issued currency issued credit card.
- Policy Enforcement:
- Ensure all activities align with client and company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Support management in implementing corrective actions or disciplinary measures for repeated or serious compliance issues.
- Age Requirement:
- Employees in this role must be 21 years of age or older due to the nature of monitoring alcohol sales and compliance with liquor laws.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in compliance, auditing, retail, or concessions operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with liquor laws, point-of-sale systems, and camera monitoring equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Work Environment:
- This role requires frequent travel to concession locations and standing for extended periods during assessments.
- Involves working in outdoor or crowded environments depending on the location of the concessions.
- May require operating and reviewing footage from camera equipment for extended periods.
