Essential Job Functions
• Demonstrate and maintain exemplary care of all equipment
• Comply with all OSHA Hazard Materials Procedures
• Follow all safety and GMP guidelines including
• Knowledge and use of Lock Out Tag Out protocol for all department equipment
• Knowledge and enforcement of all safety guarding associated with all equipment
• Ensure work area equipment and floors are clean to guard against slip, trips and falls
• Maintain departmental waste oil and waste water areas and handling of these materials
• Train for and attain KIK Red Badge for entrance to secured material storage area
• Follow all KIK policies and procedures as applicable
• Demonstrate and perform the following tasks at various levels of speed as directed by the line supervisor
• Perform basic maintenance procedures to machines and equipment
• Basic understanding of the properties of HDPE
• Able to run bag / debag tables with efficiency
• Understand and perform quality control checks on bottles per the Quality Assurance SOP policies and procedures
• Set up and adjust cooling beds
• Adjust trimming machines and keep them clear and running
• Knowledge to complete daily routine paperwork and maintain records a required
• Quality control procedures and policies compliance

Qualifications
• Knowledge / experience in Blow Mold production
• Experience with UNILOY specific blow-molding machines is required
• Experience with Programmable parison heads
• Experience with material compounding / mixing and maintaining grinders
• Ability to work in fast-paced and always changing environment
• Ability to start up machines and conduct mold change
• Possess mechanical skills and aptitude for machine adjustments
• Will be required to participate in a background check for resin car requirements
