About the Role

As a TPM at ChabezTech, you will play a critical role in driving our Data & Analytics (D&A) initiatives, managing stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery across onsite-offshore teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead internal project execution in the Data & Analytics space

• Act as an onsite coordinator/delivery anchor for global delivery

• Serve as a Scrum Master/Product Owner to drive Agile processes

• Manage client & internal stakeholders with clear communication and consultation

• Bridge onsite-offshore delivery models to ensure successful outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ years of experience in Data & Analytics

• 4+ years of proven TPM/Scrum Master experience

• Agile/Scrum Master certification (or Product Owner equivalent)

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Prior experience in onsite-offshore delivery model
