Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and estimating landscape projects with minimal supervision. You will collaborate with customers, sales representatives, and the design team, ensuring that projects meet or exceed client expectations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and estimate landscape projects that align with customer needs.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to create detailed, accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with customers and sales teams to define project requirements and expectations.
• Assist the Design Manager with team coaching and approval processes.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Design/Build practices and RYAN services, offering recommendations for additional services as needed.
• Communicate regularly with clients, explaining the design process and managing expectations.
• Solve problems as they arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and service offerings.
• Use landscape design software and tools efficiently, including Microsoft and Google platforms.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in landscape design or a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Design.
• Commercial design experience preferred but not required 
• Proficiency in landscape design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Design/Build practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google software platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working for extended periods at a computer.
• Able to work both independently and in a team setting.
