🚗 Customer Support - Rider Operations
Location: Las Vegas, NV 
Pay: $25/hour Plus Benefits

🧾 About the Job:

You’ll be the friendly human helping customers who are using self-driving taxis. Your job is to support riders before, during, and after their ride — answering questions, solving problems, and helping in case of emergencies. You’ll also help improve the tools and processes used to support riders.

🕒 Shifts Available:

You need to be flexible. Shifts include:

• Fri–Tue: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Sun–Thu: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Wed–Sun: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM

• Tue–Sat: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Help riders live through chat, phone, or other channels

• Solve problems and escalate bigger issues

• Use special tools to assist with rides

• Help test new systems and collect data

• Support a culture of safety and teamwork

✅ What You Need:

• 2+ years in customer service, retail, or any job helping customers

• Great at calming upset customers and solving problems quickly

• Strong speaking and writing skills

• Team player who can handle change

• Positive attitude and eager to learn

• Willing to work different shifts, including weekends or late nights

🌟 Bonus if You Have:

• Experience staying calm in high-stress situations

• Knowledge of de-escalation techniques

• Familiarity with customer support software

• Some QA (quality assurance) or testing experience
