- Review and negotiate a variety of standard agreements with vendors and customers including non-disclosure agreements, marketing agreements, influencer agreements, after-sales service agreements.
- Support litigation discovery, including the collection and production of documents, and communicating with outside counsel regarding the same.
- Organize and coordinate responses to document requests, subpoenas, and other records requests in connection with civil, administrative, and criminal investigations or proceedings.
- Represent the legal department internally and respond to employee inquiries about department processes and procedures.
- Assist with operations including outside counsel engagements and outside counsel billing; contribute to the development of policies and procedures; respond to requests for executed contracts.
- Organize, label, and file contracts and case materials as directed.
