- Provides strengths-based, trauma-informed, and evidenced based interventions to clients.
- Demonstrates therapeutic working alliance to form appropriate relationships and maintains strong clinical boundaries.
- Provides group, individual and/or family counseling to IOP clients.
- Utilizes and follows approved program curriculum in group milieu.
- For assigned cases, share with the Program Director any concerns about medication compliance, side effects and helpfulness, and communication of information to treating psychiatrists as indicated.
- For assigned cases, maintain regular contact with clients’ other resources, including communicating treatment recommendations, coordinating treatment and support services, and providing weekly progress reports either verbally or in writing for all active clients.
- Provides 24/7 crisis service coverage, with consultation and under the support of the Program Director and/or supervisor.
- Maintain and submit required documentation of billable activities performed and complete Service Authorization Requests as needed.
- Completes program and/or payer specific documentation to support treatment interventions which outline client’s progress based on treatment goals according to state and agency requirements by noon of the day following the billed activity.
- Maintain a minimum of 80% productivity based on billable activities. Travel in the community using personal vehicle is a requirement of this position and is not included in productivity.
- Participate in scheduled program and agency staff meetings.
- Establishes collateral contacts with community resources and maintains positive relationships with referral sources.
- Attends weekly individual and/or group supervision.
- Participate in required community, regulatory, and agency training, as well as other needed training to maintain current licensure.
- Complete any paperwork or other documentation required for outcome measurement including agency or state requirements.
- Maintains familiarity with EMR and other computerized systems.
- Travel may be required up to 50% of time to closest Clarvida office and remote when not traveling.
- Pay starting at $48,000 annually
- Master's degree in social work, or a Human Services field
