Role Overview

NationsBenefits is seeking an Executive Operations Manager. As an Executive Operations Manager you will handle a variety of tasks that include business development, strategic partnerships, request for proposal development, and other strategic projects. You will work closely alongside internal departments and subject matter experts (SMEs) to craft winning RFPs. You will work alongside company leaders to lead important strategic projects and partnerships. You will review Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial Contracts as well as additional regulatory work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the executive team to drive business strategy, performance tracking, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on operational matters.
  • Manage each stage of the request for proposal (RFP) lifecycle from initial review, win strategy development, content creation, and submission.
  • Manage communications with prospective clients during the RFP process.
  • Monitor industry trends relating to RFI, RFP, pitches and proposals and integrate relevant changes into our processes to improve our success rates.
  • Review Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial contracts.
  • Complete regulatory work across the highly regulated healthcare industry.
  • Special project and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0 - 3 years of experience in an analytical, operational, business development, or marketing role marketing, or proposal management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel PivotTables) is a plus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to work with executives and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
