Job Description:
The PRIME Account Manager at Next Level Medical is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development, this role plays a critical part in driving the organization's growth and success while upholding our core values of Service-Excellence, Teamwork, Integrity, Innovation, and Compassion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services, as well as the timely resolution of client concerns
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling, and work closely with the business development team to capitalize on these opportunities
- Monitor and analyze account performance, develop strategies to address areas of improvement, and report on key metrics to the VP of Business Development
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to represent the organization and stay informed about industry trends and developments
Pay Range:
The salary range for the PRIME Account Manager position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, plus commission, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
FLSA Status:
This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferred
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management best practices and account growth strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
