Hybrid Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) bei Finni Health

Finni is looking for a Full-time RBT!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patient's families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Setting: In-home

Schedule: Full-time, 30+ hours per week. Monday to Friday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting and community

• Collect and record data on child behaviors

• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst

• Attend team meetings

What You'll Need

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field

• RBT credential from the BACB

• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs

• Reliable Transportation

• Must have an active CPR Certification

• Ability to pass a background check within compliance for healthcare providers

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time

• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
