Release of Health Information to patients, insurance companies, providers, lawyers, and any other valid request. Processing in a timely manner the release of information for all audits and disability claims.

  • Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls or taking messages as necessary.

  • Retrieve patient medical records for physicians, technicians, or other medical personnel.
