Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions is part of Spirax Group, a FTSE100 and FTSE4Good multi-national industrial engineering Group with expertise in the control and management of steam, electric thermal solutions, peristaltic pumping and associated fluid technologies.

We’re inviting talented engineers to register their interest in future Technical Solutions Engineer opportunities within our EMEA Sales team, working hybrid from any of our EMEA locations. 

What you’ll do:

• Act as the technical specialist supporting Sales Engineers and customers across EMEA.
• Provide expert advice, troubleshooting, and tailored solutions for complex applications.
• Manage and respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs) with accurate specifications and costings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure project success.
• Stay at the forefront of product and technical developments, building your expertise continuously.
  

What we’re looking for:

• An engineering qualification (Bachelor’s, MSc, or equivalent) or strong technical experience in a similar role.
• Due to the nature of our EMEA team, along with fluent english, additional EMEA languages are a plus.
• Technical knowledge within manufacturing, process, or engineering environments.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in technical support, project management, or customer engagement
