Hybrid Registered Nurse – 1:1 School & Home Care Cases bei Always Compassionate Health

We are looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate team, providing 1:1 care in Home Care and School Settings across Long Island.

Qualifications/Education:

• 1 year of RN experience in a home setting required OR
• 1 year of RN experience in school setting/ pediatrics
• Active NYS RN license and registration
• BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical exams and health histories before making critical decisions.
• Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
• Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
• Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
• Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
• Additional responsibilities as required

​Pay Rate: $45/hr
