Are you an experienced automation developer ready to take your skills to the next level? Trissential is hiring a Software Developer to join our client’s team and lead the development of enterprise automation solutions using UiPath technologies. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath technologies
• Build automations using UiPath Document Understanding and Agentic AI capabilities
• Collaborate with solution architects, analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality automation solutions
• Configure and manage automation solutions for optimal performance and reliability
• Develop robust error handling and exception management mechanisms
• Deploy solutions to production and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for automations

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5+ years of experience in automation design, architecture, and development
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath for complex automated workflows
• Proven experience with UiPath Document Understanding and AI-driven automation
• Experience integrating automation solutions with APIs, web services, and databases
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience designing automation solutions for the healthcare industry
• UiPath certification
• Experience mentoring automation developers and testers
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and scripting languages

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• UiPath certification highly preferred
