- Conduct as-built surveys of completed work to verify accuracy and for project records.
- Data Management & CAD Integration:
- Extract, prepare, and manage layout points from project drawings (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Upload layout point files to the Robotic Total Station data collector.
- Download as-built data from the field and import it into CAD software to verify construction tolerances and update project drawings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data transfer between the field and the office.
- Quality Control & Assurance:
- Proactively review project drawings and specifications to identify potential layout or construction conflicts before they arise.
- Verify formwork, rebar, and embed placements against layout points before concrete placement.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all layout activities and quality control checks.
- Team Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen to coordinate layout needs and construction sequencing.
- Clearly communicate layout information and any field discrepancies to the relevant team members.
- Assist in the preparation of lift drawings and other field-related documentation.

- Strong skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar CAD software for point creation and data management.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of concrete construction means and methods, as well as construction tolerances.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
