- Clinical Care & Diagnosis: Perform patient history and physicals, establish medical or nursing diagnoses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans including prescribing medications and follow-up care.
- Patient & Team Consultation: Provide guidance to patients, families, and care teams on health maintenance, prevention strategies, referrals, and education; serve as a clinical resource for peers and staff.
- Administrative & Compliance: Participate in quality assurance and program review meetings, maintain state licensure through continuing education, and ensure compliance with all Evara Health, HIPAA, HRSA, state, and federal regulations.
- Education & Mentorship: Teach patients and families about health promotion and illness prevention; precept and mentor Physician Assistant and Nursing/APRN students.
- Collaboration & Flexibility: Actively engage in daily care team huddles and provide support across different Evara Health locations or departments as needed.

Required Education & Experience:
- Graduation from Accredited APRN Certification Program
- Active/Clear Florida APRN License
- Board Certified
